We started of as

a very small business.

SecondYou is an American-owned business located in Phoenix, Arizona, with Virtual Professionals located in the Philippines, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

Our core focus is to “leverage global talent to increase productivity and give back time.”   We’ve been able to do this through our global network of virtual professionals.  Being located in multiple time zones allows us to be the only virtual assistant company to offer 24/7 service.

SecondYou History

It’s easy. Above all, we believe that we make delegation “Easy.”  Since 2018, we’ve been working on an application that not only provides 24/7 service. But, it has built-in systems, a pay-as-you-go option, and access to specialists in each category.

Further, we also have full-time and part-time virtual professionals. Moreover, we provide phone service, access to project management systems, a training program with over 30 training modules, and a dashboard to keep track of your call-log and hours.

It's been a long journey to get to where we are today. It all started with an idea between a VA and her client, a cigar meeting, and hard work. Creating a virtual assistant company is a lot more complicated than it may seem. From different cultures, law, exchange rates, moving money, processes, education, tech, to automation and sales. We've had to overcome many obstacles, but I wouldn't change a thing.

Figuring Out
Who We Are

In the first year of business, we were figuring out who we were as a company. Were we going to have a call center? Were we going to service multiple industries? What would we provide our clients? What was the right pricing model? Getting it figured out took some time, but it finally feels good to know who we are.

Getting the
Package Right

We listened to our clients and found many realtors didn't need full-time or part-time virtual assistants; they wanted block time anywhere from 20-60 hours. So we created block-time pricing with the right systems to provide the best service. Simultaneously, we looked for a better alternative to software like Basecamp, Slack, Zoom, 1-Password, Nextiva, and 8X8. We needed to consolidate everything. We finally landed on Microsoft Teams, and I don't think there's a better system out there for remote teams.

Like many companies, when covid hit, we were greatly affected; this allowed us to work on something we've been thinking about for some time, the SecondYou Go application. The application truly sets us apart from the competition by allowing 24/7 service, access to specialists, and flexible payment options.

To allow for the 24/7 service, we looked to Latin America. This idea allowed us to have a Spanish-speaking staff and let our Filippino Virtual Professionals an opportunity to work their day, giving them a better quality of life and our clients better service.
